Based on the , which was produced as the second line of 501 from around 1890 to 1940, the rise has been slightly deepened, and the curve of the seat has been reshaped to improve the fit by reducing the digging in of the seat.
The outer fabric is made by mixing several types of irregularly shaped yarns to create an uneven texture.
The exquisite color was created by repeatedly researching and adjusting the number of times and time of indigo yarn dyeing.
Natural aging is reproduced by hand.
The processing that reproduces the vintage feel is particular about the fading of the selvedge, and the gray color of the selvedge that has faded over time is also a characteristic.
