Our Maine yellow alder chunks placed directly on the grill beside your offering will infuse its distinct smoke flavor into shrimp, haddock, halibut, scallops or any other seafood of your choice. Simply place the chunks on the grilling surface and when the chunks begin to smoke, grill your seafood as usual. Just a great added flavor!
