The CRL HMCST2 Hot Melt Clamp Table boasts robust tubular steel construction. It comprises a CRL 84" x 84" (2.13 x 2.13 m) Ball Caster Table and a pair of air-powered, padded clamp rails. The table's 2" (51 mm) diameter ball casters are spaced 6" (152 mm) apart. A foot-operated clamping system allows operators to position an IG package while holding an edge sealant gun. To use, position the IG package on the table with one edge under the padded clamping rails. Depress the foot pedal to secure the glass and spacer along one edge for sealant application. Release the clamping unit, rotate the IG package, and re-clamp to seal each side. For longer IG package sides, shift and re-clamp. The HMCST2 requires a compressed air supply delivering 1 cfm @ 50psi (0.02cm@ 3.4atm). It ships knocked down to reduce freight, requiring some assembly.
