This thing has some signs of use. It was pulled from a DHS FIU (Field Investigation Unit) used by what I can only assume is the real life Jack Bauer. Once ‘ol Jack was betrayed for the 18th time, they decommissioned his vehicle and the systems inside, and so here we are.
