I purchased this about 15 years ago and have kept it in storage without using it.
It is now discontinued.
This is a very convenient carry-on for those who travel with a suitcase. It can easily hold two 500ml PET bottles. I used to attach it to a Rimowa suitcase, not a Samsonite, and used other colors.
It allows for very smart travel and movement.
