The HY2DCJR is a 1/4" NPTF side-ported, 3-position, regenerative (pressure) center spool valve, spring-centered, and lever/hand-operated. Shifting the internal spool requires moving the handle with a force of 7 lbs against the spring. Upon releasing the lever, the spool returns to the center. Higher port pressures may necessitate more shifting force. The handle curves towards the front when viewed from the handle end and rotates 90 towards the 2-port side. It features a red knob with a brass insert.
