Vintage 1930's STUNNING black wool juliette cap with gorgeous mint green feathers by Ruth Link. Heads up my Illinois peeps! This is from an Illinois designer! Hands down one of the most beautiful hats that I've ever seen. 1930's black felted velvet wool juliette/calot hat with a spray of feathers on the top and black velvet bows. Feathers are white and were dyed a pale pastel mint green, quite faded now but still lovely. Cap fits on the crown of the head and needs to be held in place with pins.
