I bought this about three years ago for around 9,000 yen. The striped fabric is lovely and the material is firm, making it a sturdy item.
When I tried it on, it became an off-the-shoulder style that draped beautifully over my shoulders, creating a lovely silhouette, so I bought it immediately... However, I've tried it on several times at home with different bottoms, but the size feels a bit too big for me, so it's unused.
I think it would be recommended for someone around 160cm tall.
