Scrape the texture coat randomly with a stainless steel trowel to create a pattern, then apply a second layer. Optionally, sand again to refine the pattern. Apply SR-TOP 1 using a dry sponge in a circular motion, wiping excess with a clean sponge or cloth before it dries to avoid marks. (DIY tools are not included)
