Premium quality, UL listed, POST-REMOVAL encapsulant and lockdown with a high coverage rate and the lowest "in-use" cost in the industry. It effectively binds any residual fibers to all abated surface. After asbestos removal, microscopic asbestos fibers can be left behind which can pose a significant health hazard. Fiberlock Post Removal Lockdowns form a durable barrier to keep residual asbestos containing material (ACM) in place. Powerchem Lockcoat is formulated to lock down fibers following asbestos removal. It dries white, with a smooth, impact-resistant, semi-gloss finish. This flexible barrier also serves a dual purpose by priming the substrate and allowing for the adhesion of secondary coatings. PowerChem is indespensible for use during the obligatory sealing of microscopic asbestos fibers subsequent to asbestos removal PowerChem Encapsulant is also acceptable for use as a penetrating encapsulant as provided
