It also adapts to lower-wattage POE devices, supplying only the required power for optimal compatibility and efficiency. With a total POE wattage budget of 360 watts, this switch supports at least 24 IP cameras, including a mix of POE+ (IEEE802.3at) and Standard POE (IEEE802.3af) devices, as long as the aggregate power consumption does not exceed 360 watts. The switch is UL listed and compliant with both TAA and NDAA standards, ensuring suitability for residential, commercial, and enterprise environments while meeting stringent safety and regulatory requirements. It includes hardware for rack mounting but can also be conveniently desk-mounted due to its compact and silent design. Additionally, the optional extend mode allows cable runs up to 820 feet, reducing POE port speeds to 10Mbps, which is sufficient for most IP cameras, including Ultra HD 4K cameras.
