I believe this to be a vintage metal Ransburg magazine holder or rack. Painted black over tin with beautiful hand painted cabbage roses in red and pink with pink and blue forget me nots. Beautiful gold scroll decals along the top. The only marking I could find was the MP on the inside corner. Nice deco modern metal scroll work on each end. Measures 15 x 9 x 9. Condition: excellent vintage condition very shiny and paint is perfect on artwork….will find some scratches and scruffs to black paint but to be expected given the age. I could not find any missing black paint or rust. Very chic in its English garden theme.
