WEICONLOCK® AN 306-40 50 ml Retaining Cylindrical Assemblies. APPLICATION: WEICONLOCK® AN 306-40 is a medium viscosity, high strength joint. The adhesive is difficult to remove and perfect for applications where slow curing is important. Due to the dosing tip and the patented WEICON Pen System, WEICON Adhesive can be optimally dosed. After 4 hours, the adhesive for the joints reaches hand strength. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Mount the parts, tighten. In case of press-fit and larger parts to be joined, both surfaces should be wetted thinly and evenly. Do not pour WEICONLOCK that has already come into contact with metal back into the bottle. Even the smallest metal particles will cause the adhesive to harden in the bottle. In series production, the use of dosing units is therefore recommended. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the sealed original containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK liquid. SAFETY: When processing WEICON products, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations in our EC safety data sheets must be observed. TECHNICAL DATA: Colour: green.
